Groups conceptual frameworks, fundamental disciplinary and methodological notions, as well as university induction activities.
MINOR

Free-choice subjects that complement professional training, according to different disciplinary and/or professional fields. May include organized sets of 3 subjects from any department if you wish to obtain the Complementary Studies Diploma.
MAJOR

Promotes the application of knowledge in a specific professional field and trains students for responsible performance.

ASE

Curricular spaces that promote interdisciplinarity and whose intention is for students to evaluate, integrate and apply the acquisition of generic and professional competencies.
AFAS

Curricular space that aims to strengthen social commitment and responsibility through direct contact with the country's reality and professional attention to vulnerable groups and/or communities in need.
ARU

Contributes to the comprehensive training of students considering their autonomy and commitment, enabling them to propose conscious, responsible and critical actions in the face of the challenges of their social and environmental context.

The teaching-learning process is based on learning by doing, so you will develop collaborative projects throughout the degree, gaining experience and knowledge in science, electronics, computing, management, data networks, and telecommunications. The curriculum has areas of specialization in artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, cybersecurity, intelligent networks, and the Internet of Things.

Students will be able to develop in three dimensions: intrapreneur, entrepreneur, or researcher. Having strong theoretical-practical foundations in computing technologies, computer networks, telecommunications, and information security, in a systemic way and with the ability to work collaboratively. They will be able to venture into:
- Organizations in the telecommunications sectors, computer networks, design of computing systems (software and hardware). Supporting the definition, integration, and deployment of advanced products and services, cybersecurity, and data analysis.
- Consulting for the analysis of needs and recommendation of computing and telecommunications technologies.
- Research and teaching in the areas of programming, data analysis, computing, computer networks, and telecommunications.
- Entrepreneurship, leading a technology-based company, carrying out consulting and advisory projects, or developing computing and telecommunications systems projects externally for other organizations.
